RETURN POLICY PROCEDURE
If you are not pleased with your purchase or your item arrived damaged, please contact us by email or the phone number listed on your packing slip within 3 days of receiving your item.

We will work with you to arrange either its return for a refund of the purchase price or other amicable solution.
If the item is to be returned it must be returned via the original carrier (unless agreed otherwise in writing), in its original packaging, insured (if available) for its purchased price, and must be received in the same condition as when it was shipped to you.
We recommend you use delivery tracking and get a delivery receipt.

The buyer pays for return shipping and insurance, unless agreed otherwise between the buyer and us.After the the returned item is verified as originally sent, we will issue a full refund within 3 days. For protection of both the shop owner and buyer all refunds are made using PayPal crediting your account that you originally used to purchase the item.
