This is a 1954 advertising booklet from Knott's Berry Farm and Ghost Town.

It is written in the words of Walter Knott himself who with his wife Cordelia rented a farm in 1920 and built a little shed to sell their berries.

2nd page has the History from 1920 to Today (1954) 

Pages 4-5 describe the different attractions and the family members that run them. 

Pages 6 shows year by year Record Days at Knott’s Berry Farm 

(Dinners served, Pies Made, Biscuits made) starting with 1937 going through 1953. 


Page 7 is their Dinner Menu with the Knott’s Fried Chicken Dinner priced at $2.00

Pages 8 & 9 show photo’s and descriptions of the Ghost Town.


Page 10 is the Story of Calico, a ghost town and former mining town in San Bernardino County that Walter Knott purchased and began restoring to its original condition. In 1966, he donated the town to San Bernardino County, and Calico became a County Park.

This 8 1\4” x 5 1/4” 12 page booklet is in Like New condition.

No rips, tears, folds, or markings other then Coastal Motel 4702 Mission Blvd stamped on the cover.

This is in beautiful condition for being 61 years old.
